The best MVHR systems are the ones you don’t hear, but it’s still important not to forget about them. Regular maintenance is essential to ensure optimal performance throughout the system’s lifetime. It's recommended to change the unit's filters approximately every 6 months, while the kitchen grease filter should be replaced every 3–4 months.

For a more thorough service, and to prevent issues such as increased noise levels and reduced airflow, it's advisable to check airflow rates and carry out a deeper clean of key components, including the heat exchanger, fans, sensors, and air valves, at least once a year.
